Delete your Bhai Booking account

This page explains how to delete your Bhai Booking account and what happens to your data.

How to request deletion

1. Email help@bhaibooking.com with the subject “Delete my account”.
2. Include the mobile number registered on your account and your name.
3. To protect you, we may call or message that number to confirm the request came from you.

We confirm by email or SMS once your account has been deleted, within 30 days of your request.

What we delete

• Your profile: name, photo, language, location and saved addresses
• Worker profile: skills, rates, bio and work photos
• Identity verification documents: Aadhaar card photos and selfie
• Bank details for payouts
• Saved workers, blocks, devices and sign-in sessions
• Your chat messages, voice notes and photos

What we keep, and for how long

• Payment, payout and invoice records, kept as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires (usually up to 8 years).
• Booking records and reports needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or meet a legal request, kept for up to 180 days unless the law needs longer.
• Reviews you wrote stay on the worker’s profile, shown without your name.

Anything we keep is used only for these purposes and is deleted when the retention period ends.

Delete some data without deleting your account

You can remove saved addresses, your profile photo and work photos in the app at any time. To delete other specific data, such as KYC documents, email help@bhaibooking.com and tell us what you want removed.
