Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Bhai Booking app and website (the “Service”), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], India (“Bhai Booking”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. What Bhai Booking is

Bhai Booking is an online platform that connects people who need work done (“customers”) with independent local workers (“workers”). We are not an employer or a contractor. Workers are independent and are not our employees or agents. The agreement for any job is between the customer and the worker.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• Use your own mobile number and give accurate information. Keep your phone and sign-in codes safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, give false information or put others at risk.

3. Workers

• Your profile, skills, rates and photos must be true and your own.
• The “Aadhaar verified” badge means we checked your identity documents. It is not a guarantee of the quality of anyone’s work.
• You are responsible for doing the work safely and professionally, for your tools and materials unless agreed otherwise, and for any taxes on your earnings.

4. Bookings, jobs and payment

• Prices shown are set by workers. The price summary before you book shows the rate, quantity and any platform fee.
• Unless the app says otherwise, the customer pays the worker in cash or UPI after the job is done.
• Credits and premium plans bought in the app are for use on the Service. They cannot be transferred and, except where the law requires, are not refundable.
• Either side can cancel a booking in the app before work starts. Please cancel early and give a reason.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, discriminate against or abuse anyone;
• post false, misleading, illegal or offensive content, or fake reviews;
• use the Service for illegal work or to collect other users’ data;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the Service.

You can report or block any user from the app. We review reports and may remove content or accounts.

6. Content you share

You keep ownership of the photos, reviews and messages you post. You give us a licence to store, show and process them to run and promote the Service (for example, showing your reviews on a worker’s profile). You confirm you have the right to share them.

7. Disclaimers and liability

• We work to keep the Service running and accurate, but it is provided “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free.
• We are not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of work done by workers, or for what customers and workers say or do. Disputes about a job are between the customer and the worker, though we will try to help.
• To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Changes and ending

We may update these terms as the Service changes and will tell you in the app about important changes. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [CITY], Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction.
